Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Chronic Asthmatic Bronchitis with Chuanxining Decoction(喘息宁汤),a Report of 60 Cases

Abstract

Sixty cases of chronic asthmatic bronchitis were treated with Chuanxining Decoction(CD),30 cases treated with Xiansheng Kechuanning Oral Liquid(XKOL).Result:In the treatment group,21 cases were clinical controlled,25 cases were remarkably effective,11 effective,3 ineffective and the total effective rate was 95.00%;In the control group,8 were clinical effective,10 were remarkably effective,7 effective,5 ineffective and the total effective rate was 88.33%.The difference was significant (rank test,u c=4.6204,P0.01).In the treatment group,the symptom and signs were improved,CD 4 +/CD 8 + was increased,inflammation shadow were improved.Conclusion:CD could effectively enhance communication function and had good effect on chronic asthmatic bronchitis.
