Effect of Xuesaitong Injection on Treating 40 Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the effect and safety of Xuesaitong Injection in treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Method: 80 ACI cases were divided randomly into treatment group and control group,receiving treatment of Xuesaitong Injection and dextran-40 respectively.Result: ①there were significant differences in nerve functional defect scale before and after treatment in treatment group.②The improving rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(55.0% vs 25.0%,P0.001).The total effectiveness rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(82.5% vs 60.0%,P0.05),and had few side effects.Conclusion: It is effective and safe that Xuesaitong Injection treating cases with ACI.
