Medium and small -sized enterprises must make the most of its own advantages and keep ceaseless technological innovation if they want to hold the active rights of market competition for ever.Medium and small-sized enterprises have the latent advantages of technological innovation,but our country's medium and small-sized enterprises are still faced with many obstacles.This paper analyzes the necessities,latent advantages and obstacles of technological innovation of medium and small-sized enterprises;puts forward the countermeasures which the government and the enterprises should put in practice in the course of pushing the technological innovation of our country's medium and small-sized enterprises.
