Abstract

Small and medium-sized enterprises are the most vital components in the technological innovation,and also the irreplaceable and proactive factors in promoting the technology,stabilizing economic growth and increase the employment rates etc.This paper analyzes the current situation of small and medium-sized enterprises according to their characteristics and illustrates the feasible solutions to improve the enterprises'technological innovation.
