Abstract

This paper discusses on that pushing the technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises is the necessary choice of the economic development,analyzes on the superiorities that the small and medium-sized enterprises possess and some main obstacles of the technological innovation of the small and medium-sized enterprises,and advances some countermeasures for overcoming the bottlenecks of the technological innovation of the small and medium-sized enterprises.
