Effects of Stofilan in Injection on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effects of stofilan in injection on the diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).Methods:100 cases with DPN were randomly divided into two groups.Under the same basic treatment,the treatment group with 60 cases were treated with stofilan and the another 40 cases were treated with methanesulfonate.The treatment course was one month for the two groups.The effect of stofilan on the electromyography was observed.Results:The total effective rate in treatment group and control group were 83.33% and 57.50%,respectively.The comparison proved the curative effect in the treatment group was better than that of the control group( P 0.01).In addition,the treatment group gained better results in improving patients' electromyography ( P 0.05).Conclusion:Stofilan has a good effect in DPN remedy.
