Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of lntegrated treatment for diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods Totally 160 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group each 80 cases, the control group based on the general treatment use western medicine methylcobalamin treatment the control group was added based on chi-nese decoction. Results The total effective rate was 86.2%,68.7% in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05);and treatment can significantly improve nerve conduction ve-locity.Conclusion Combination treatment for DPN were significantly better than western medicine a-lone.
