Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of nursing intervention on improvement of anxiety and depression in DM patients.Method : Zung's self-rating depression scale(SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) were applied to make an assessment to the emotion and quality of life in DM patients.The objects were given nursing intervention,intensive education, supportive psychotherapy of family and society,relaxing training and music therapy,etc.The scores were compared before and after intervention.Result: There were obvious anxiety and depression in DM patients,which can be improved after nursing intervention(P0.01).Conclusion: The symptoms of anxiety and depression in DM patients were apparently improved by multiple level,omnidirectional and scientific nursing intervention.
