Abstract

Objective To study the influence of nursing intervention on the negative emotion of patients with diabetes. Methods Divided 78 patients with diabetes into the intervention group( 40 cases) and the control group( 38 cases). The traditional nursing cares were used in the control group, while the systematic nursing intervention were used in the intervention group. The SAS and the SDS scales were used to evaluate the condition of anxiety and the depression for patients in the two groups. Results Before the intervention, there were no significant difference between the two groups on the condition of anxiety and depression. After the nursing intervention, the scores which were obtained from the SAS and SDS in the control group were significant higher than those of in the intervention group, P0.05. Conclusion Nursing intervention can effective ameliorate the negative emotion of patients with diabetes, and then improve the life of quality of them.
