The Influence of Nursing Intervention on the Anxiety and Depression of Transfusion Outpatients

Abstract

Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on the anxiety and depression of transfusion outpatients.Methods To take nursing intervention in 126 transfusion outpatients with anxiety and depression,and compare the scores of anxiety and depression after intervention with those before intervention.Results Using Zung self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) evaluation showed that after nursing intervention SAS,SDS decreased significantly(P 0.01),and the patients' anxiety,depression remission rate were significantly improved(P 0.01).Conclusion Nursing intervention such as the psychological care,health education and guidance and so on can effectively alleviate and eliminate anxiety,depression and other emotional changes,the patients' bad mood is improved significantly.
