Abstract

Objective To detect serum HSCRP in patients with COPD in acute exacerbation and in stationary phase after treatment so as to investigate the clinical significance of serum HSCRP in COPD Methods Serum HSCRP of 98 cases of acute exacerbation COPD patients with admitted to hospitals for treatment during before and after treatment and 40 cases of normal control was detected by immune transmission turbidimetry test;Serum HSCRP in cases of acute exacerbation COPD patients before and after treatment were compared with 40 cases of normal control respectively by t test. Results Serum HSCRP of 98 cases of acute exacerbation COPD patients with admitted to hospitals for treatment during before and after treatment and 40 cases of normal control were 48.74±7.5、2.12±0.42 和 0.64±0.05ug/ml respectively,Serum HSCRP of HSCRP in patients with COPD of acute exacerbation is significantly higher than the normal control group(P0.01) and the level of HSCRP in patients with COPD of treatment stable is nearly normal(P0.01).Conclusion HSCRP detection can be used as acute exacerbation of COPD diagnosis and severity assessment of sensitive indicators.
