On the Features of Dialect Vocabulary in Shaanxi Modern Ballads

There exist numerous shaanxi modern ballads,in which plenty of shaanxi dialect words are kept.From the perspective of diachrony,the dialect words are accumulations of the words in different times,of which there is the heritage of ancient words as well as the self-creation of dialects.The dialect words in ballads possess internal conformity,while there exist a number of differences between dialects of different counties.In particular,the same ballad was worded differently in different areas,which helped the study of the internal difference of Shaanxi dialect.
