The Service-oriented Government's Balanced Function and the Harmonious Society's Construction

The construction of the service-oriented government is one of the goals of the transformation of our government's function.The meaning of the service-oriented government should be based on the present situation in our country and aimed at promoting the construction of the harmonious society and attached the great importance to the government's balanced function.Under the current circumstance of China,the service-oriented government is supposed to emphasis on the balance between the government obligations and civil rights,especially the balance between the government obligations and social vulnerable group's rights.According to this,the government should take some measures.First,building a fair and reasonable mechanism for the coordination of interests;second,continuing to improve the system of social security and allow more people to benefit from it;third,putting more public goods to the impoverished areas.
