On the Harmonious Society: the Time Background of Constructing our Service-oriented Government

This thesis focuses on the study of the harmonious society based on constructing a service-oriented government.The orientation of our next public administration reform is to construct a service-oriented government,which,on the one hand,goes along with the world trends to make the government reform on the times background of globalization and informationlization.,and on the other hand,adapts the reform of our socialist economic and political system,solves the high-lighting problems occurring in the development of our society and economy,and fits in with the needs of building up a well-to-do society and a harmonious society.The harmonious society requires a service-oriented government,while on the opposite the service-oriented government promotes the construction of the harmonious society.Constructing a service-oriented government is not only a necessary requirement but also an important way to build up a harmonious society.
