Abstract

It is an inevitable trend for the government to construct harmonious society,deepen government system,quicken government transformation,and establish service-oriented government.The government should achieve transformation in functions and open administration,value citizens' interests and law-based administration,furthermore,concern the change of people's livelihood from economy,and put commitment to society on the focus and destination of its work.
