Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Colitis Randomized Controlled Study

[Objective] Observe the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of colitis.[ Methods] Randomized controlled method,184 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups.Control group of 92 patients with the general treatment of proprietary Chinese medicines.Treatment group,92 cases of Chinese medicine treatment methods,spleen and kidney deficiency patients Shishenwan together with management decoction;damp Pulsatilla Decoction peony decoction;the spleen dampness to type using Xiangsha Liujunzi treatment;liver insult spleen the type using Xiaoyaosan aggregate pain Yaofang treatment.10 days continuous treatment course of treatment,observation of clinical efficacy,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment courses,to determine efficacy.[ Results] Treatment group,60 cases were cured,improved in 25 cases,total effective rate was 92.38%.Control group,39 cases were cured,improved in 26 cases,total effective rate was 70.65%.[Conclusion] Traditional Chinese medicine method of treatment of colitis,clinical efficacy,fewer side effects,with a high clinical value.
