Treatment of Chronic Colitis Randomized Controlled Trial of Pulsatilla Decoction Combined with Western Medicine

[Objective]Observation of Pulsatilla decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of chronic colitis.[Methods] The use of a randomized controlled method,78 patients according to the random number table method were randomly divided into two groups.A control group of 33 cases of sulfasalazine,oral,1.2g /,every 7.5h to take time,amount according to the patient specific health and condition adjustment.The treatment group of 45 cases of Pulsatilla Decoction enema,medicinal Pulsatilla chinensis,Astragalus 28g,cortex Fraxini,blast-fried ginger,Rhizoma Coptidis,Radix Aucklandiae,treats each 5 grams,Cortex Moutan,angelica,rhubarb charcoal,raw barley 7g,giant knotweed,hawthorn carbon,Yinhua carbon 12g.Method 120mL patients before emptying,stool,the syringe and catheter in patients with rectal agent injection,1 / d.Western medicine treatment with the control group,continuous treatment for 1 weeks as 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms.[Results] The treatment group 31 cases,effective 13 cases,invalid 1 cases,the total efficiency of 97.80%,the adverse reaction rate of 4.40%.The control group 17 cases markedly effective,effective 8 cases,invalid 8 cases,the total efficiency of 75.80%,the adverse reaction rate of 15.20%.The efficacy of the treatment group than in control group(P 0.05),the adverse reaction rate of treatment group was lower than that of control group(P 0.05).[Conclusion]Pulsatilla decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of chronic colitis curative effect,low rate of adverse reactions,is worthy of promotion.
