Abstract
Objective Study of carbamazepine combined with doxepin in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia clinical effect. Methods Selected 70 cases of patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia as test object,be divided into two groups at random, contrast analysis of two groups of patients in clinical therapeutic effect. Results The control group the total efficiency of 82.86% for the observation group, the cure rate was 54.29%,total effective rate was 94.29%,in two groups of patients with curative effect contrast(P0.05),with significant differences, withstatistical significance. Conclusion Carbamazepine combined with doxepin in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia with significant efficacy, adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical application.
