The Efficacy of Carbamazepine Combined with Doxepin Treatment of Primary Trigeminal Neuralgia

Objective Watch and discuss carbamazepine joint doxpin treatment of the clinical curative effect of trigeminal neuralgia.Methods Select from year 2009 to 2011 in 86 cases of primary trigeminal neuralgia,will the patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,the 43 cases,treatment used carbamazepine joint doxpin treatment,and the control group use carbamazepine treatment,compared with two groups of clinical symptoms change status.Results 40 cases,effective treatment group total effectiveness 93.0%,effective 35 patients in the control group,the total effective rate 81.3%,were statistically significant difference(P0.05).And the side effects of the treatment group less.Conclusions Carbamazepine joint doxpin treatment of trigeminal neuralgia of the clinical effect of good,high security,and promote the use of clinical.
