On the Legal Relationship Between Universities and Students

Abstract

There are various theoretical controversies of the legal relationship between universities and college students. Based on analyses of all the concepts,the author believes that the contractual education relationship may highlight and demonstrate the relationship between the rights and obligations for universities and students,and clear the duties and responsibilities of universities.In the new situation,administrative legal relationship should be weaken to clarify the interests and rights of the college students and enable them to protect their own interests.
