Civil Legal Relationship between Colleges and Their Students

Abstract

The legal relationship between colleges and their students is so important that their rights and duties can never be made clear without a clear understating of it,nor is the legal relationship between them.Before we approach their legal relationship from the perspective of civil law,we should have a clear understanding of the components that constitute a legal relation.The formulation of a legal relationship between colleges and their students with Chinese characteristics aims at eradicating inequality,promoting efficiency and order,paying respect to the students under the legal spirit of modern society,and safeguarding the students' lawful rights.
