Retrospective Analysis on Allergens of Allergic Diseases in Mianyang City

Objective To investigate allergens of allergic diseases in Mianyang city,so as to provide the basis for treatment and prevention of the disease.Methods German EUROIMMUN Medizinische Labordiagnostika AG allergen detection system were employed to detect serum inhalant and ingestive allergen-specific IgE of allergic diseases and afterwards,status of allergens was analyzed.Results The major allergen was the inhalant allergen.The most common inhalant allergens were successively house dust(41.3%),dust mite(34.6%),dog epithelium(26.4%) and cockroach(18.1%);the most common ingestive allergens were successively freshwater fish assemblages(16.9%),crab(14.7%),fish combination(13.5%) and eggwhite(10.5%).Conclusion The inhalant allergen plays an important role in allergic diseases in Mianyang.
