Abstract
In order to improve the safety of the transportation equipment of missiles, taking a fixing mechanism of a rocket storage box as example, the optimization design of the mechanism is carried out.The software SoildWorks is used to create the virtual prototype of fixing mechanism, the geometric data are put into ADAMS to do dynamic simulation, and the maximal initial clamping force is obtained. Then ADAMS is used to set up the parametric model of clamp mechanism, the parameters of each component are calculated and analyzed, the design variables with larger influence on clamping force are found out to be optimized, and the improved maximal clamping force is got. Finally, the optimal design scheme is obtained. Also, this article can provide a reference to the optimization of other complex multibody system.
