Abstract
Legal justice includes legislative justice and judicial justice.Between the two factors, judicial justice is the key to realization of legal justice. But judical justice is subject to three conditions which are as follow:firstly,legislative justice is a prerequisite for judicial justice;Secondly,the reality condition which is the material factor invoves three factors:qualified court,independent court,and impartial court;Thirdly,viewed as a crucial factor,judges are regarded as the performance requiement of the realization of judicial justuce.
