Abstract

Judicial justice is the necessity of the realization of social justice, and the establishment of such a concept makes the foundation of judicial justice. It includes legal justice and judicial justice. The former is the beginning and ending of the latter, and the latter is the realization of the former. As its important components, legal belief, legal authority, legal unification, open judicature and judicial independence interact each other, implement each other and comprise the concept of judicial justice.
