Abstract

Judicial justice is a basic factor of legal justice,and the final defense line to safeguard social justice.The concept of judicial justice can trace to theory of power limitation,perception of natural justice and practice of due process.Through unscrambling and re-thinking concept and the related categories of judicial justice,implementation of judicial justice needs self-examination to judicial system from a level of justice value.
