HEALTH STATUS OF NURSES ANALYSIS OF FACTORS

[Objective] To study the health status of nurses,the factors and corresponding countermeasures.[Methods]102 nurses were randomly selected and investigated in our hospital.[Results]96 nurses often felt tired,73 nurses had poor quality sleep,58 nurses had decreased appetite,and 12 nurses had high blood pressure.46 nurses thought that pressure mainly from work,36 nurses regarded from their own greater pressure,10 nurses thought from nursing management and inappropriate staff assignment.6 thought from working environment,and 4 nurses thought from personal and family reasons.[Conclusion]Nurses has seriously occupational stress,which had greatly damaged the health of nurses.Nursing administrators should focus on the deployment of personnel and conduct psychological training to improve the psychological quality of nurses.
