Abstract
Objective:To optimize the extraction technology for traditional Mongolian medicine Fructus Choerospondiatis.Method:The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal design with concentration of alcohol, amount of alcohol, extraction time and extraction times as factors.A RP-HPLC.Result:was established for determination of gallic acid;An UV-Spectrophotometer method was adopted to determine the content of total flavonoids.Result:The optimum extracting condition was as follows:adding eight times amount of 70% alcohol and refluxing and extracting for 1h(totally extracting for 2 times). Conclusion:The extraction technology was economic, feasible and controllable.
