Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Fructus Arctii. Methods The L 9 (3 4 )orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize the conditions of the ethanol extraction technology, inspected the solvent concentration, solvent volume, extraction times on alcohol extraction process, each element of 3 levels,HPLC was used to analyze the content of Arctinin. Results The optimal alcohol extracting technology for fructus arctii:solvent concentration was 75%,the amount of solvent was 6 times of volume, the extraction times was one. Conclusion The optimum extraction process of Fructus Arctii is the Fructus Arctii powder, adding 6 times amount of volume 75% of ethanol extraction for 1 time, the extraction time is 2 h,the extraction rate of 95.49%,can be used as a laboratory method for extracting burdock.
