Abstract
Objective: To optimize the extraction technology conditions for Fructus Viticis according to the active components property. Methods: With L9(34) orthogonal test, and with the extraction rate of total flavone and castisin as criteria, the contents of which were determined by UV and HPLC methods, the best extraction technology conditions were optimized. Results:The best extraction technology conditions were as follows: the material was pulverized, refluxed three times of one hour each, and 95% ethanol aqueous solution was used as extraction solvent. Conclusion: The optimized extraction technology is stable, convenient and practical.
