Abstract
National security theory is one of important aspects in international politics. Every country needs its security strategic study. The national and international evaluation for the Chinese security is the base upon which Chinese government formulates and carries out national security strategy. Chinese surrounding security situation gradually becomes well, but it can't loose anyone hidden troubles. The domestic security situation is very good, but there's need to settle the non-traditional security factors. When the researchers and designers of national security face a lot of traditional security problems and non-traditional security threats, they need eventually focus on the present national security strategic guidelines.
