An Analysis of the National Security Strategy from the Perspective of Non-Traditional Security

After the Cold War,with the change of the international security situation and the acceleration of the process of globalization,non- traditional security issues have been highlighted.It is unsuited obviously for the national security strategy to safeguard national sovereignty against military invasion from the perspective of traditional security.The national security strategy should have the features ofcoexistence of values,broad areas of concern,diversity of strategic focusanddiversify of strategic initiativesin the new era.In the new era,measures of national security strategy should be based on the integrated considerations about national circumstances and the world situation,traditional and non-traditional security to clear the objectives and tasks of national security strategy,focus on international cooperation and pay attention to enhancing the national security governance capabilities.
