Content and Feature of National Security of Concept under the New Circumstances

National security that is the opinion,attitude and viewpoint shows different meaning with national different developmental stage.Because of the security situation became more complicated and changeable in the new century,content of national security concept become more increasingly abundant and shows new features: problems of non-traditional security have come out but haven't substituted traditional security problems,external security is still important but domestic security has become more important,humane security is the ultimate purpose of national security to say but it is unnecessary for economic development to bring about security.Under the new circumstance,national security concept should be a systemic concept.
