Abstract
Objective To reseach the constituent and bioactivity of Isodon Japonica. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified repeatedly by Si?gel column chromatography, and their structures were determined as Epinodosin(Ⅰ), Odonicin(Ⅱ), Lasiodonin(Ⅲ), Oridonin (Ⅳ) and Shikokianin(Ⅴ) by spectroscopic methods respectively. Results Five known ent-kaurance diterpenoids compounds were obtained from the EtOAc fraction of the 70% acetone extract. Conclusion Compounds Lasiodonin(Ⅲ) was isolated from this plant for the first time.
