Abstract
The experiment isolated and identified bacteria from cow milk samples from two milk industry group in Jilin suburb.Isolated 62 bacterial strains from 8 samples,in which 51 bacterial strains contains 4 main pathogenic bacteria. The four bacterial rate of clinical mastitis is that Staphylococcus Aureus is 36.36%,Escherichia coli is 9. 09%,Streptococcus agalactiaes is 27.27%,Streptococcus uberis is 9.09%.And the four bacterial rate of recessive type is that Staphylococcus Aureus is 38.89%,Escherichia coli is 27.28%,Streptococcus agalactiaes is 11.11%, Streptococcus uberis is 11.11%.
