ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF PATHOGENIC BACTERIA TO CLINICAL MASTITIS IN LIAOCHEN CITY

Abstract

110 strains of bacterium were isolated from 115 milk samples collected from 29 cows in 3 different scale dairy farms,including 29 of Streptococcus(25.22%),26 of Staphylococcus(22.61%),19 of Enterobacter(15.65%),18 of Yeast(16.52%),8 of Corynebacterium(6.96%).Positive rate of pathogen of milk samples is 79.13% and mixed infection rate is 20%.The major pathogens of clinical mastitis in Liaocheng city are Streptococcus,Staphylococcus,Enterobacter and Yeast.
