Isolation and Identification of Acute Mastitis Pathogen from Milk Cows

【Objective】 The purpose was to identify the type of acute mastitis pathogen of cows.【Method】 3 samples of sick cow milk were collected,from which the pathogenic bacteria were isolated and identified separately.【Result】The bacteriological examination showed that the acute mastitis affecting the cows was caused by the pathogenic Staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcus dysgalactiae,Streptococcus uberis and Escherichia coli.【Conclusion】Pathogenic Staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcus dysgalactiae,Streptococcus uberis and Escherichia coli together caused acute mastitisof milk cows.
