Abstract
Objective:To establish the determination for synthetic borneol in paste of treatment of Winter Diseases in Summer by GC.Methods:The internal standard method was employed.Methyl salicylate, used as the the internal standard, was added to the sample before treatment. The GC system was consisted of Agilent HP-5 column(30m ×0.32mm,0.25μm),nitrogen was as the carrier gas, column temperature at 100℃,and FID as the detector. Results:Synthetic borneol(borneol and isobomeo1)and methyl salicylate were separated well under the chromatographic condition.Borneol had the good linearity in the range of 0.2785~5.5700mg/mL(r=0.9999).The average recovery of synthetic borneol was 99.8%(RSD=2.01%).Conclusion:The method is sensitive and accurate, and can be used to control the quality of the preparation.
