Abstract

The Soviet Union,founded after the October Revolution in 1917,was in deep difficulty,domestic and abroad,they employed positive diplomatic policy. Their diplomatic policy to China transited from Cooperating with WU Peifu to cooperating with SUN Zhongshan,which made it possible for Chinese Communist Party join in Kuomintang for the first cooperation between the two parties.Meanwhile,The Soviet Union didn't know the real situation of Chinese revolution,so they paid more attention to Kuomintang,which leaded to the failure of the cooperation.With the analysis of the transition of Soviet Union's diplomatic policy to China,the first cooperation of Kuomintang and Communist Party may be understood further.
