Sinisan Combined with Western Medicine Treatment of Peptic Ulcer Randomized Controlled Study

[Objective]Observed Sinisan treatment of peptic ulcer treatment[.Methods]Using randomized controlled method,116 cases of outpatient treatment order numbers randomly divided into two groups.Control group,58 cases of omeprazole,20mg / times,1 times / d,orally;metronidazole,200mg / time,3 times / d,orally;bismuth potassium citrate,300mg / times,2 times / d,oral;amoxicillin,0.5g / 4 times / d,orally.Treatment group 58 cases Sinisan,(Gancao 10g,Baishao 15g,Zhishi 10g,Chai Hu 10g);decoction 150mL,complex slag,a / d,200mL / times,sooner or later taking orally within 1h after meals.Western medicine with the control group.14d is a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.2 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]treatment group were cured 47 cases,effective in 10 cases,effective 1 case,2 cases,the total efficiency of 98.30%.The control group were cured 26 cases,effective in 13 cases,effective in 19 cases,25 cases,total effective rate 67.20%.Treatment group than the control group(P 0.05).[Conclusion]Sinisan peptic ulcer effect is remarkable,worthy of promotion.
