Abstract

Agriculture is based on farmland and the complete rights of farmland guarantee the smooth operation of marketing mechanism.However,China's enough and stable food supply must be founded on limited farmland rights when China's national conditions are taken into consideration.This article analyzes the rationality and historical transition of our current farmland rights and explains this phenomenon in theory.
