Abstract

This article explores the present situation and characteristics of job burnout,analyzes the stressor and influencing factors,and puts forward the strategies to alleviate the level of job burnout.That is to start building a sound social support system,to provide a good organization and atmosphere,to study and to improve the medical knowledge of health care and psychological qualities.
