Abstract

The process of solving employees’job burnout is significant to an organization.This article diagnoses the factors of job burnout in view of human resources management,discusses the root of job burnout,and proposes the intervention strategy designed for job burnout in view of human resources management in order to offer suggestions for organizations to reduce employees’job burnout.
