The popularization of education in our higher education is not only necessary in the development of modern industry society,but also is an important tendency in the development of modern education.With the expansion of enrollment,mass education has become reality in our higher education.There is no doubt that mass education benefits upgrading of our national quality and realizes the fairness in education.However,the popularization of our higher education is in an embarrassed situation at present and faces many problems because our government has been pushing its development in a tough way.After studying mass education models in other countries,this essay tries to find paths for the development of mass higher education in our country after discussing how walk out of the puzzled situations and how overcome the obstacles in the popularization of education.
