Clinical observation of magnesium sulfate injection combined with Danhong in the treatment of patients with pulmonary heart disease at acute exacerbation stage

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of magnesium sulfate injection combined with Danhong in the treatment of patients with pulmonary heart disease at acute exacerbation stage.Methods 92 patients with pulmonary heart disease at acute exacerbation stage were randomly and evenly divided into two groups.All patients were given with the conventional treatment,and the observation group was additionally treated with magnesium sulfate injection and Danhong.The clinical efficacy and arterial blood gas indicators were analyzed and compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results The total effective rate was 91.3% in the observation group and 71.7% in the control group with significant difference(P0.05).After the treatment,the arterial blood gas indicators were better improved in the two groups(P0.05),and the improvement was more pronounced in the observation group than in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Magnesium sulfate injection combined with Danhong can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and pulmonary circulation in the treatment of patients with pulmonary heart disease at acute exacerbation stage.
