Effects of Danhong injection on cardiac function in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease

Objective To study and analyze the effect and heart function of Danhong injection on acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease patients.Methods All patients were randomly divided into two groups of 30 patients(Danhong injection) and the control group(aspirin),each group 28 patients,compared the efficacy and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac output(CO) and calculate the E/A ratio,HR changes,while observed the adverse drug reactions.Results The total effective rate of Danhong injection group was 93.33%,was significantly higher than the controp group(75.00%)(P0.05).And cardiac function in two groups of patients were compared,the results showed that the CO,LVEF,E/A of observation group was significantly higher than the controp group(P0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection in treating acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease is effective,and it can significantly improve cardiac function,should be promoted and applied.
