Abstract
Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of essential hypertension, and its monitoring situation of ambulatory blood pressure before and after treatment. Methods 51 cases of Kazak with essential hypertension were chosen, the dynamic blood pressure were respectively detectied before and after treatment, the test results were compared before and after treatment, and the methods of diagnosis and treatment of primary hypertension were summarized. Results After a comprehensive treatment, the total effective rate of 51 patients was 86. 3%. The Incidence of abnormal circadian rhythm of blood pressure was 84. 3% before treatment, was higher than that after the treatment of 9. 8%,the difference was statistically significant( χ2=91. 26,P 0. 05). Conclusion Comprehensive treatment is reasonable, ambulatory blood pressure in patients with circadian rhythm abnormalities incidence after treatment than before treatment significantly reduced, ambulatory blood pressure evaluation of patients with essential hypertension clinical results have important clinical value.
