The reform of rural credit cooperatives is of great significance for the farmers' benefit and the development of our agriculture and rural economy.In recent years,the reform of rural credit cooperatives has been accelerated and achieved great accomplishments.Due to the problems of financial condition,ownership institution and managerial system,the development of the rural credit cooperatives was hampered.In order to improve the service to the rural economy,the institutional reform was an urgent need.
