Abstract
Since 2003,the reform of rural credit cooperatives has achieved initial results.However,its property right is not clear and its corporate governance structure is not implemented.As a result,the development of the rural credit cooperatives is still difficult.The only way to the success of the development of the rural credit cooperatives lies in continuing its reform.
