Abstract

The reform of the rural credit cooperatives of China concerns the overall situations of farmers, agriculture and rural economic development. In recent years, the reform of the rural credit cooperatives is accelerating and has made great progresses, but a lot of problems still exist unsolved in the institutional arrangement, operational and management mode, financial supervision and operational environment. This paper explores the problem and puts forward some policy suggestion.
